Efficient Administration and Prompt Payment to Clients
Payment of accounts – such disbursement as insurance, rates, water rates, and body corporate fees – can be made by the company. Rental payments – after deduction of approved disbursements and fees – will be transferred to the client’s bank account on the first working day of each month. The rental statement will be emailed at the same time as the payment.
