We ensure that rent payments are continuously monitored, and arrears dealt with promptly. We also deal with all aspects of the bond collection, control, and disbursement as required by law.

Regular Inspection and Cost-effective Maintenance
Thorough inspections are undertaken at the commencement and termination of every tenancy, and at regular three- month intervals in between.  Written recommendations for preventive maintenance or improvements ensure that optimum rentals are maintained.

Efficient Administration and Prompt Payment to Clients
Payment of accounts – such disbursement as insurance, rates, water rates, and body corporate fees – can be made by the company. Rental payments – after deduction of approved disbursements and fees – will be transferred to the client’s bank account on the first working day of each month. The rental statement will be emailed at the same time as the payment.

Legislative Compliance
There are task or responsibility requirements placed on landlords under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986, and a plethora of other regulations. Failure to comply can result in serious consequences. We will ensure that your interests are protected and you meet your legal obligations with minimum fuss or involvement on you part.
